Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Creamy, vanilla oak, spice and butterscotch. A salad of soft, over-ripe fruits (bananas, peaches, apricot) gives this a very rounded and relaxed nose.

Palate – Similar to the nose but more of the wood influence and honey notes come through. Burnt toast and parma violets also apparent. A mouth-coating waxy texture, turning quite dry at the end. Medium length, with a nice balance.
