Following on from their Heritage Barley release in 2025, which focused on the Golden Promise barley variety, 2026's Ardnamurchan Heritage Barley releases are once again Golden Promise, but this time there are 2 releases, one in ex sherry casks, and the other in ex bourbon casks, so that you can experience cask differences too. This is the Bourbon cask expression, which really shows off the barley, with less cask influence than the sherry cask release. Unpeated, giving you the chance to try Ardnamurchan's full flavoured spirit and experience Golden Promise barley.

Nose – White wine, soy glaze, gooseberry, jam tart, white chocolate, raspberry, marzipan / sliced almond.

Palate – Lemon sherbet, Sprite, icing sugar, apricot jam, hardboiled sweets, dulce de leche, hazelnut, tablet.

Finish – Creamy, voluptuous, long but assertive finish.
