From Maison Barbancourt based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, comes this unaged agricultural white rum. This well established Distillery with over 160 years of production has championed traditional Haitian spirit making methods using pure, locally harvested organic sugarcane juice (specifically the "Madame Mevs" hybrid variety). The higher 55% ABV "Haitian proof" is specifically chosen by the distillery as the ideal strength to carry the aromatic intensity of the sugarcane and best suited to bold, full-flavoured cocktails.

Nose – Floral notes with hints of tart citrus fruits.

Palate – The entry in the mouth is spicy, with green notes reminiscent of fresh sugar cane juice and eucalyptus.

Finish – Dry with light peppery notes.
