Nose – Rich raspberry, strawberry and cranberry aromas. Dried ginger and dark chocolate leads to intense orange marmalade. Green apple notes before sweet smoke

Palate – Smooth and sweet with stewed apple, rich Seville orange flavours, and charred oak gives way to strawberry liquorice.

Finish – Medium-bodied, fruity with walnut and subtle smoke.
