The Spit Roasted Pineapple Gin is another interesting product from That Boutique-y Gin Company. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar and then combined with some bold and bright gin to make this sweet and delicious drink. The intensity of the flavours make this an excellent addition to sparkling wine or light mixers for a long drink or fruity cocktail.
