Shipping and delivery
Order before 2pm on a working day and we’ll dispatch your order the same day, with next working day delivery across the UK.
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. For international orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken securely when you place your order.
Our prices include UK VAT where applicable. We also show the ex-VAT price alongside the main price, so our trade and export customers can easily see both.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return your order.
Please take care when handling and packaging your return, as the condition of the product and its packaging can affect the amount we’re able to refund. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us and we’ll put things right.

Prefer to pick up your whisky? Click & Collect is free from either of our Edinburgh shops - Royal Mile Whiskies or Drinkmonger in Bruntsfield.
