Caroni 1997 25 Year Old Adelphi 30th Anniversary 70cl
Last few in stock
This bottling of 25 year old Caroni is one of Adelphi's 30th birthay celebration releases, and according to bottler is one of the most complex liquids they have ever bottled. The spirit was distilled in 1997, and matured for 25 years in a refill hogshead before it was bottled with no added colour and no chill filtration.
A limited single cask release of only 204 bottles, and an increasingly rare chance to sample the liquid from this now closed Rum distillery.
