Mezcal Convite is a handcrafted joven mezcal from San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca, Mexico. Made from the rare Tobalá agave which needs 12 years in the ground before it can be harvested to produce mezcal. The plant is then roasted in pits and distilled using traditional tahona and copper stills. It bursts with vibrant green fruits, fresh herbs and a signature touch of smoke reminiscent of fine Islay whisky.
