The third release of Daftmill 15 year old. This is a brilliant Fife based Farm distillery, where Francis Cuthbert distills spirit using his highly rated barley. This 15 year old bottling was made with Optic Barley, grown on their south fields. 20 casks were used for this release, 19 ex bourbon casks and 1 PX sherry cask.

Daftmill follows a traditional whisky and farming cycle, with whisky being distilled during 2 month quiet periods in winter and summer. 100 casks a year are produced, using only barley from their farm, making Daftmill one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland.
