On the 31st of December 1999, the Grant family and Glenfarclas distillery staff came together to fill some special casks to mark the turn of the millennium. Among them was this first fill sherry butt from José y Miguel Martín. This was one of the final projects overseen by legendary Glenfarclas chairman George S. Grant.

The single cask produced 600 decanters, and has been bottled at 25 years of age in its natural colour.
