A staff favourite from days of yore, we are thrilled to stock the Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond Bourbon once again. First released in 1939, it's a hand-crafted bourbon produced by Louisville, Kentucky based family distillery, Heaven Hill. It is matured for 7 years, three years beyond the four year requirement set forth in the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Other requirements are that it be bottled at 100 proof, and be the product of one distilling season.

Nose – Warm notes of vanilla, honey and a rich caramel sweetness.

Palate – Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness.
