An experimental spirit from Holyrood. New make is distilled from a single harvest of Golden Promise barley. This is then blended with wheat spirit and water, reducing the abv to show the quality of this heritage barley variety.
When you are finished with the container we will collect it and send it back to supplier where it will be cleaned and refilled, ready to use again! With reduced packaging waste and a cheaper price by volume than normal bottles, this option is better for the environment and the budget.
