iichiko is made at the family-run Sanwa Shurui distillery on Kyushu, and is one of the leading barley shochu's in Japan. They produce Honkaku shochu, a regulated and traditional method which uses spirit from only a single distillation. Their spirit if made from 100% two-row barley and is fermented with white koji.
Shinwa was created in collaboration with some of Japan's best bartenders. A higher strength shochu with notes of pineapple, coconut and caramelised malt.

UK delivery is free on orders over £100. For international orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
