KI NO BI gin is made in the famed sake brewing region of Fushimi which has some of the purest water in all of Japan. Unusually, the base of the gin is made of a rice spirit which is then influenced by native Japanese botanicals which include yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sanshō berries. A wonderfully dry gin with an unmistakable Japanese heart.

KI NO BI- a gin that speaks of its place of birth. As clear as the air in the sacred mountains of Kyoto. A fresh aroma of yuzu, and a thread of sansho that lingers like a morning mist in a bamboo forest. The juniper complements and showcases the Japanese botanicals. Ginger root gives a slightly warming, spicy finish.
