A fascinating blend of two single cask rums by the French bottler Compagnie des Indes. Combining two column still rums, a Guadeloupean rum from 1973, and a Panamanian rum from 1996. A careful proportion of 56.1% to 43.9% was decided to blend the best elements of each cask delivering notes of sour cherries, roasted almonds, orange peel and dark chocolate.
