An intriguing experimental rum from legendary Whisky/Spirits Blended Billy Walker. Sugar cane pot still rum from Clarendon distillery in Jamaica, brought to Scotland to mature at Glenallachie Distillery. First maturation takes place in rye, rioja and virgin oak casks, before being cut, blended and refilled to barrels which previously held peated Scotch whisky. The result is a funky, smoky rum full of ripe fruit character.

Nose – Lashings of pineapple, smoked plantains and cinnamon, with vanilla, butterscotch and smoked Caribbean jerky.

Palate – Bursting with ripe bananas, grapefruit and butterscotch, with mango, sugar cane, cocoa, ginger and vanilla.
