Meikle Toir (Big Pursuit) is the new range of Peated Single Malt from Billy Walker and the team at Glenallachie Distillery. Using long fermentation times, mainland peat and unique casks, we are anticipating this to be a quality spirit range on par with Walker's previous projects.

The Sherry One has been exclusively matured in PX and Oloroso Sherry Puncheons for at least 5 years.

Nose – Cedarwood, cigar box, butterscotch and mocha, with orange peel, honey and plum jam.

Palate – Dark chocolate, smoked honey and mocha, with figs, treacle, burnt sugar and puffs of peat smoke.
