This unaged pot still rum is produced at one of the oldest working distilleries in the Caribbean, River Antoine Estate is still powered by waterwheel with not a volt of electricity in sight. Their rum is made using organic sugar cane, freshly pressed juice and long fermentation before pot distillation. Said to have glorious aromatic notes of mint, anise, fruits and grass, this rum is hearty stuff and will work well in a potent cocktail or Ti Punch.
