Distilled in Guatemala, from first press sugar cane (also known as virgin sugar cane honey) fermented using their own house yeast. Matured in a mixture of American oak and casks that have contained lighter Sherries and Pedro Ximinez Sherries. The system they are using is a form of Solera system, which will blend rums between 6 and 23 years old together, to create a more complex spirit.

UK delivery is free on orders over £100. For international orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
