Two Stacks Smoke and Mirrors is unusual for an Irish Whiskey because it's peated. Peat was a staple in Irish whiskey production long ago but has fallen out of use in recent years. A delicious single malt that was partially finished in a stout beer cask from Brehon Brewery in county Monaghan, Ireland.
