This Ardmore refill bourbon cask was transferred to a virgin oak barrel in July 2025 to finish it's maturation. The lightly peated Highland malt produced 210 bottles at cask strength.
Part of the Spring 2026 outturn from our pals at Leith indie bottlers, Blind Summit. Every Blind Summit release is non-chill filtered, natural colour and presented with original artwork from local artists.
Official Tasting Notes
NOSE: Toast and sweet smoke, burnt orange marmalade, chocolate and charcoal. Toasted almonds and apricot underneath.
PALATE: Creamy and full bodied. The smoke and fruit from the nose carry through, with cinnamon and ginger spice developing as it opens up.
FINISH: Warm and lingering, the spice and toasted notes fading slowly.
