This traditional Calvados is made in Normandy, France and distilled from entirely local apples before ageing in French oak for at least two years. It is then bottled without any added sugar or caramel. This lighter, floral but fruity spirit is ideal served neat but also rewards being mixed with your favourite tonic or mixer. If that wasn't enough to impress, Avallen also donates some of its profits to charities that champion the protection of bees and their habitats, and also commits to planting thousands of flowers itself to support the bee population.
