Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Sweet and smooth are the initial thoughts but with a slightly earthy or sandy spice aroma. Vanilla cream with freshly cut apple slices and orange blossom.

Palate – The palate matches the nose almost exactly with just a little more cream which helps keep the spice in check on the tongue. A delicious finish of desicated coconut.

Official Tasting Notes

This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.
