Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Marmalade, chocolate, wine gums and Dundee cake.

Palate – Elegantly sherried with notes of cherries, dried fruits and cinnamon.

Finish – Long nutty finish with notes of coffee grounds, milk chocolate and even some tropical fruit characters. A divinely sherried Balblair, reminding us of classic vintage releases from previous years such as 1990 and 1999.
