Colour – Radiant Vermilion. A rich, assured shade born of its Oloroso casks.

Nose – Decadent vanilla caramel. Intricate layers to explore, from mouth-watering vanilla caramel, red berries, and marzipan, to hints of dried fruit.

Palate – Peaches in syrup. A carnival of ripe pears, lemon juice, cinnamon, toasted almonds and peaches in syrup, as smoke levels crescendo.

Finish – Sweet spice. Our 12-year-old resolves with clear intent, offering a pleasingly long and spicy finale.
