Originally a distillery exclusive, this cask strength Bunnahabhain was matured in refill hogsheads, before being transferred to Banyuls wine casks for a three year finishing period.
Banyuls is a fortified red wine from the southwest of France. Made from Grenache grapes, it typically spends 8 years ageing in casks before bottling.
