This Cameronbridge single grain matured in a refill bourbon hogshead for over 30 years, before producing 160 bottles at cask strength of 51%.
Part of the Spring 2026 outturn from our pals at Leith indie bottlers, Blind Summit. Every Blind Summit release is non-chill filtered, natural colour and presented with original artwork from local artists.
Official Tasting Notes
NOSE: Peach pastries, vanilla pod and oak spice.
PALATE: Smooth and buttery poppcorn with well-integrated alcohol. Herbal notes alongside honey, sweet butterscotch, vanilla fudge and candied lemon.
FINISH: Long and gentle, the honey and herbal notes fading slowly and cleanly.
