A delicious aged rum from St Lucia Distillers, first launched in 1999 by Laurie Barnard. SLD can create up to 14 different distillates using their four stills (pot and column) which places a great importance on selection and blending to maintain balance and complexity. All rums used in Original are first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then married together for a final six months in oak vats.
