From the team behind the Port of Leith Distillery and Lind and Lime Gin, this is their La Garde Ecossaise Champagne, chosen by their buyer, MW Emma Dawson. She worked with Martell & Co of Epernay to produce this Champagne, which is 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, 17% Chardonnay, and a dosage of 10 g/l. We thought it was a tasty, approachable Champagne.
