This Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru vineyards of Mesnil-sur-Oger. The base wine, from the 2020 vintage, was vinified predominantly in stainless steel tanks, with about 10% vinified in oak barrels. The base wine was blended with reserve wines, constituting 30% of the assemblage, and bottled. After 2 years of lees ageing in bottle, the bottles were disgorged and topped up with a dosage of 2 g/L, designating this Champagne as Extra Brut.
