This release in the limited 'Expérimental' series from Christian Drouin saw a 12 year old blend of Calvados Pays d’Auge transferred to five casks from legendary Japanese distillery Chichibu. The brandy was aged in these ex-single malt casks for a further 4 to 10 months, before being married and bottled. A unique collaboration between two spirit producers loved around the world.

On the nose, aromas of roasted apple and quince jam evolve towards notes of precious woods and powdery cereals.The palate is intense and well-balanced, with notes of barley husk, apple skin and citrus fruit.
