The spirit for Daftmill's 2013 Summer Batch release was distilled from Concerto barley grown onsite and harvested in early September of 2011. Drawn from a selection of 14 first fill Bourbon Barrels, the spirit matured for 13 years, before bottling with no added colour and un-chill filtered.
A true farm distillery, Daftmill distills only during the farm's quiet periods, producing as little as 100 casks per year.
