Matured in a trio of cask types: Virgin, Bourbon and Sherry Casks, which create a lovely combination of spicy notes, vanilla sweetness and a fruity bold depth. Versatile as the Epicurean always is, this whisky is bottled at 54.1% ABV, with no added colouring or chill-filtration.
