Crafted by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, this Glenallachie 1990 35 Year Old is a decadent single malt comprised of 4 different cask types. Pedro Ximinez sherry casks, Oloroso casks, and Virgin American oak all play their part, and the inclusion of Mizunara virgin oak casks bring warming spice for complexity that is also balanced and refined. Bottled with no added colour and non-chill filtered, at natural cask strength.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Mocha, crystalised cinnamon and treacle tart, followed by cocoa, toasted hazelnuts and pineapple, with soft notes of ginger and heather honey.

Palate – Cocoa, baking spices and chocolate-coated raisins, followed by coconut, brandied orchard fruits and sandalwood, with vanilla, dried red fruits and honeycomb.
