This is the Batch 7 release of GlenAllachie 21 year old, matured in Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso sherry casks. GlenAllachie is known for its full flavoured, fruit cake and dessert notes, and these older releases of GlenAllachie require all of their Master Distiller Billy Walker's attention to ensure they reach the high quality bar he has set. Cask strength, without any added colour or chillfiltration, it is almost straight from the casks to your glass.

Nose – Baked ginger and mocha, followed by honeycomb, spiced orange and candied hazelnuts, with toasted cinnamon and cocoa.

Palate – Black cherries, mocha and poached red apples, followed by mānuka honey, crystallised ginger and muscovado sugar, with damson plums, raisin buttercream and treacle .
