Palate – Rounded elegance. Clean, crisp citrus tones. A pleasing harmony between a natural sweetness and the soft spicy oak.

Staff Tasting Notes

Peat free with none of the heavier notes of a Sherry cask, the mellow malt with notes of cereal, coconut and a refreshing touch of citrus all mixed together in a very satisfying balance of influences with a pleasing texture thanks to no chill-filtering.
