Kingsbarns is a beautiful part of Fife, with an equally lovely distillery under the same name. Kingsbarns use local barley, fermented using 2 yeast strains which produce a fruity, aromatic dram.
Doocot is a combination of 90% bourbon barrels and 10% shaved, toasted and re-charred wine barriques. It is older than the original Kingsbarns release "Dream to Dram" as it is replacing this. So you will get to see the evolution of this whisky.
