Presenting the Glenfarclas 190th Anniversary bottling, the final release in their Anniversary Trilogy. 78 casks were hand-selected by Distillery Manager Callum Fraser and Managing Director Douglas Belford, the oldest of which are remarkable 1970s vintages. These were combined to create an incredibly rich and decadent whisky of refined character.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose/Palate: Green apple, sweet sherry, spicy Christmas cake, and rich hints of toffee and caramel from the 2000s casks, combined with fruitier 1970s notes and rich sherried 1980s/90s character.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, rich, and velvety.
Finish: Long, featuring hints of dark chocolate and fresh tobacco
