Nose Complex and elegant, with mineral, waxy, and sweet notes, without being overly smoky Rich and balanced aroma with notes of brown sugar, dry fruit, caramel and green apples. A fragrant and complex aroma with fruit notes of sultana and orange, oak, honey, vanilla, toffee and brown sugar. Palette Hints of crème brûlée, vanilla sugar, and charred oak, drying with a salty edge Very rich, balanced, and sweet, with hints of smoke and salt - develops into a complex mix of herbs and fruit compote. Rich and full flavoured with cornershop sweet notes, caramel, toasted nuts and an lingering autumnal warmth. Finish Find a dry finish and medium length of finish too, with some smoke and light hints of citrus. Delicate and smooth, but with spicy, savoury flavours of oregano and thyme, leading to a drying finish. Warm, spicy, comforting with recurring malt notes.
