iichiko is made at the family-run Sanwa Shurui distillery on Kyushu, and is one of the leading barley shochu's in Japan. They produce Honkaku shochu, a regulated and traditional method which uses spirit from only a single distillation. Their spirit if made from 100% two-row barley and is fermented with white koji.
Saiten is bottled at a higher strength than most classic shochu, created specifically to be used in cocktails. A vibrant spirit with flavours of citrus and stone fruits, and jasmine tea.

Order before 2pm on a working day and we’ll dispatch your order the same day, with next working day delivery across the UK.
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. For international orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
