Jade 1901 Absinthe is a tribute and a replica of the historical Pernod Fils, a very popular and appreciated absinthe from the time before this alcohol was banned in France. It is a classic vintage-style absinth with distinct character that recalls the spectacular times of Belle Époque.

Official Tasting Notes

Fresh flowers on the nose and hints of wormwood, intense Star anise and traces of forest floor. A dense creamy palate beginning with fennel and wormwood and following up with nuances of cinnamon and aniseed. Spearmint crisp with a spicy finish.
