The only absinthe endorsed by the Musée de l'Absinthe, this is made at the Cherry Rocher distillery in Lyon. Quite a successful brand after the ban was lifted, La Fee recently changed their recipe and improved the authenticity of their spirit. They increased the level of Artemisia Absinthium (wormwood) by 60% and relative level of Anise was decreased to allow more delicate herbs such as fennel, coriander and hyssop to shine. The natural colour is now natural too, hence the coated bottle to prevent colour fading. Distilled from beet alcohol.
