One of our favourite annual releases, this is the 2026 bottling of Kilchoman Loch Gorm. To create this smoky and heavily sherried dram, the team at the family run Islay distillery combined 24 Oloroso sherry casks from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin (21 first fill and 3 refill), all containing spirit more than a decade old.

Nose – Dried red fruits, barbecued meats, toasted walnuts and rich peat smoke.

Palate – Candied orange and tropical fruits, salted caramel and dried prunes with warming cinnamon, nutmeg and integrated rich smoke.

Finish – Lasting spices, toasted dark chocolate and liquorice with balanced peat smoke.
