We are delighted to introduce our latest exclusive single cask, an 11 year old cask strength Loch Lomond. One of 199 bottles, matured for 11 years in a first fill bourbon cask. This release was distilled in their straight neck still to a higher strength, which has brought out luscious tropical notes. It provides a nice contrast to our last Loch Lomond single cask, which was distilled in their more traditional swan necked still. Notes of marshmallows, pineapples, and salted pastry.

Tasting Notes

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – banana sweets, pineapple, pears, honey and a hint of blackcurrant.

Palate – initially more of the tropical notes from the nose, followed by barley sugar, lemon, lime and orange zest.

Finish – chewy, lightly toasted barley and toasted vanilla notes.
