Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Sour cream and onion pringles. Very savoury with mustard powder. Some vanilla with hints of forest floor.

Palate – Spring onion and dry rub for bbq ribs. Water opens it up with caramel glazed red meat and red berries. Coca cola.

Comments – Very dry and savoury until water added. It then becomes meaty and fruity. Takes some getting used to but really captures you.
