A delightfully decadent release from now sadly demolished Lochside Distillery. The spirit was distilled at the Highland distillery in 1991 and was matured in a refill bourbon barrel for 31 years. It has been presented by Gordon & MacPhail as part of their Connoisseurs Choice collection, with no added colour and non-chill filtered. A single barrel release of only 57 bottles available.

Vanilla aromas give way to exotic fruits and waxy lemon peel. Fruity peach and passionfruit flavours are followed by black pepper. A medium finish with lingering herbal notes.
