Nose – Initially lots of coconut, both dried and fresh, accompanied by vanilla, ripe peach, pineapple, and mango. Under ripe banana. Gentle notes of Seville orange, sultanas, and a hint of crisp mint. A heavy Rum note, reminiscent of hot rubber intertwines.

Palate – A sweet rush of toffee, maple syrup, and milk chocolate, followed by rich dates and raisins. Walnuts, and a gentle touch of Seville orange and under ripe pineapple.

Finish – Long lasting tannic green tea and oak, toasty, smokey, with hints of cloves.
