The world's first climate positive gin. Nàdar means nature in Gaelic, which is very apt as this gin has been made entirely from peas grown of the Arbikie Estate (instead of from grain) meaning there was no nitrogen fertiliser needed for the crop and even the residue after distillation was used as protein rich animal feed, thereby completing a sustainable production. Distilled using locally grown lemongrass and citrus leaf, this is a fresh, elegant and lively gin.
