Colour – Polished gold

Nose – An immediate hit of BBQ smoke followed by ginger nut biscuits. Tropical fruits come to the fore before giving way to brown sugar, aniseed and ripe apple.

Palate – Toasted oak greets the palate. Then the softness of worn leather followed by iodine and balanced by praline and brown sugar. An assortment of dried fruits and candied citrus round off the tasting experience.

Finish – The oak brings sweetness and baking spices before being joined by dry. earthy smoke that lingers on alongside a gentle herbal note.
