Official Tasting Notes

A nose of ginger, star anise and toasted almonds. The palate is rich and viscous, imbued with flavours of Christmas cake, fresh strawberries, and orange zest. The finish is long and satisfyingly sweet, leaving behind a hint of white pepper.
